We have a couple different price points for help with your Resume.

Our full-service Resume Packages start at $595 (professional level) and range up to $1,695 (depending on many factors). Our most affordable option is Resume Refresh starting at $250 (professional level).

Resume Refresh is our most affordably priced service for giving your Resume a visual makeover.

Starting at $250 for professionals, this service is 50%+ cheaper than our Bronze package.

The primary objective of Resume Refresh is to improve your document visually. Rather than doing a line-by-line rewrite of the wording – this service focuses on enhancing the layout, formatting, structure, packaging, and overall presentation.

LinkedIn Optimization is our signature service for building and/or overhauling your LinkedIn profile. We develop unique content for each category including your opening summary, work history, projects, and more.

In addition to preparing the content, we analyze your profile and make suggested improvements. The end result is a LinkedIn profile that builds your image, communicates your message, and helps you stand out.

Resume Distribution is a service for emailing your Resume and an accompanying Recruiter Letter to 500 to 2,000+ recruiters at staffing and search firms across the country. Sending your Resume to recruiters is a fast, convenient, and pain-free way to jump-start your job search.

Search firms like Korn Ferry, Heidrick & Struggles, and Christian & Timbers are an intermediary between employers looking for talent and job seekers. These firms help companies find qualified talent for a variety of roles across multiple industries, occupations, and experience levels.

We also possess the ability to send your Resume to venture capital and private equity firms. This option is best for C-Suite leaders and entrepreneurial-minded professionals specifically targeting opportunities in the startup ecosystem.

Building your new Resume requires effective information gathering and collaboration for an end-product that is authentic and on-target.

The process begins with an online introductory questionnaire – followed by a telephone intake consultation. After this, your first drafts are ready in five business days and there’s a 30-day window for unlimited revisions to ensure your full satisfaction with the final documents.

Unlimited Revisions allow for endless edits and finetuning for a 30-day period after reviewing first drafts to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final product.

The revisions process involves downloading your draft in MS Word, making markups, and uploading your revised draft into our secure and confidential client portal. We also happily accommodate phone call requests.

Rush (+$200) significantly expedites the Resume Writing process.

Under the normal timeline, first drafts are ready within five business days after completion of the intake process. With Rush, the timeline for first drafts is two business days (60% faster). Likewise, all draft revisions are responded to within one business day (normally three business days).

Please bear in mind, these timelines require your participation in completing the client intake process (online introductory questionnaire and telephone consultation).

Job Concierge is our signature service for searching and applying to jobs on your behalf.

Without a clear strategy or the proper time invested, it’s difficult to gain traction as a job seeker. We take a proactive and energetic approach to delivering you results.

From presenting job recommendations (based on your criteria), to tweaking your Resume for every posting, to navigating each company’s unique application process – we take care of everything. In addition to applying to jobs on your behalf, we send your Resume to multiple recruiting agencies and company talent networks to increase your exposure with decision makers.

The end result is a flurry of action with the goal of landing you desirable job interviews.

Applying to jobs on your behalf requires effective information gathering and collaboration to identify good opportunities that meet your criteria.

We selectively apply to individual job postings on your behalf. This involves finding great openings that align with your criteria, tweaking your Resume and Cover Letter for each job, and navigating each company’s unique process for submitting your application.

We send your Resume directly to 10-20 individual recruiting firms.

Leveraging our extensive list of Employment Agencies we identify specific firms to send your Resume to. Unlike our Resume Distribution service which sends your Resume to thousands of recruiters, this allows us to selectively identify individual firms to connect you with.

Recruiter Agency Submissions are an under-the-radar method of tapping you into the hidden job market by connecting you with third-party firms.

We send your Resume directly to 20-40 individual companies (talent networks).

Leveraging our extensive List of Company Talent Networks, we identify specific companies to send your Resume to.

Joining a company’s talent network is an expression of interest in becoming an employee (without actually applying to a job).

After one week without a response, we proactively follow-up on all job application submissions through a variety of methods.
