Many Career Coaching programs cost thousands of dollars and take many months to complete. Ours are intended to be cost-effective programs that give you a jump start and confidence boost in achieving your goals.

The Keirsey™ Career Temperament ($95 value) is a popular career assessment tool which provides suggested career matches based on research surveys conducted across a wide spectrum of industry. This tool is well known for assisting career professionals, job seekers, and students in the career exploration process. The findings and takeaways are helpful for aligning career choices with your innate strengths and preferences.

This is included in the Making a Career Change program which involves 1-on-1 coaching, support, and accountability in making a successful career transition.

George is a Certified Career Coach with extensive experience helping job seekers of all industries and experience levels. As a Global Career & Transition Coach he’s a wizard in interview preparation, career change, job search, networking, and related subject matter in career services.

Credentials:

  • Master of Arts (MA) in Integrated Studies – Careers & Culture (2016)
  • Certified Coach via National Career Development Association (NCDA)
  • Certified Career Development Professional (CCDP) via Certification Board of Ontario

Post Program Correspondence allows you to keep the conversation going with your Career Coach for 30 days after your final session concludes. This keeps you in touch with your Career Coach for help with questions or issues you run into.

Please allow 1 business day turnaround time for each round of replies.

Coaching sessions are conducted on a recorded, confidential phone line. You receive MP3 recordings of each coaching session allowing you to listen back and reflect on the conversation. We also sometimes incorporate the use of Zoom video conferencing.

Between sessions you have direct contact with your Career Coach to send messages via written correspondence within the dedicated client portal.

By participating in Career Coaching you have full access to our entire library of exercises, guides, and worksheets which are available for download in the client portal. Between sessions, you may be assigned voluntary “homework” which involves doing exercises, worksheets, and external research to spur along your objectives.
