After completing this program, you’re ready for interviews. This means you have a better handle on how the interviewing process works as well as how to navigate it. You’re more confident because you’ve had a chance to practice your answers and overall delivery in a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment.

The first step in the process is an introductory questionnaire to learn more about your interviewing needs. Upon completion, a 20-minute intake session is scheduled to connect with your Career Coach.

Career Coaching Sessions

The program includes five (5) 30-min coaching sessions with your Career Coach. Sessions are discreet and confidential, 1-on-1 conversations.

Generally recommended is a one-week interval between each session. This may go faster or slower, based on your needs and availability.

Homework

Between sessions you may be prompted to complete voluntary ‘homework’ such as worksheets, mental exercises, and online research to spur along your objectives.

Post Program Correspondence

There’s a 30-day window after your final session for post program correspondence with your Career Coach to send messages for additional support as needed.

Overall, the program is hosted within JobStars’ customer portal. This is a secure and confidential digital platform for uploading files and messaging with your Career Coach,

Individual sessions are conducted on a recorded, confidential phone line. You receive MP3 recordings of each coaching session allowing you to listen back to each session and reflect on your conversations.

Video conferencing (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.) is also used as applicable or upon request.

Full sessions are 30 minutes each. The initial intake session is 20 minutes.

Between sessions, you may be assigned voluntary “homework” which involves completing various DIY exercises and worksheets from our collection.

By participating in this program you have full access to our entire library of exercises, guides, and worksheets which are available for download in the client portal.
