Full sessions are 50 minutes each. Intake sessions are 20 minutes.

Our dedicated client portal hosts your program. Phone sessions are conducted on a recorded, confidential phone line. Coaching is also available by video upon request. Generally recommended is a one-week interval between each session. May be faster or slower, based on your personal preference and availability.

DISC™styles Self Report is a self assessment for understanding your personal style. It identifies ways you can apply your personal strengths and how to adjust your style to meet the needs of a specific person or environment.

It’s quite common to desire additional time with your Career Coach. For more time, you may add 1, 2, or 3 A La Carte Sessions after your program ends to keep working together.

Our lead Career Coach is George Dutch. George is now in his 25th year as a Career Coach in 2018. His passion for helping job seekers is unquestioned and his expertise is invaluable. He helps JobStars clients (entry – exec) to make sound career choices and execute on their career objectives.

You will be asked to log into the client portal to access and complete the introductory assessment. The telephone intake session with your Career Coach is scheduled next. Then, you’ll take the DISCstyles Self Report, which is followed by scheduling your first full coaching session.

Prices vary by experience level due to time and expertise requirements for working with each individual. Johnny, a 22-year old recent college graduate pays less than Sally, a senior manager with 15 years of experience.

We hope you will select the most appropriate level of experience. Here is a general guideline:

  • Entry = 0-2 years of professional experience (25 & under)
  • Professional = 2+ yrs (non management)
  • Management = Director, Senior Manager, Vice President
  • Executive = Company President, C-Suite (CEO, CFO, COO, CIO, CMO)
