Frequently Asked Questions

Career Coaching begins with an in-house introductory questionnaire that you complete to provide more information. Sessions are held via telephone on a recorded, confidential phone line. Coaching is also available via video chat upon request.

Your program is hosted in our dedicated client portal with your Career Coach. Included with every session is a recap of your discussion plus homework exercises and 30 days post program correspondence with your Career Coach.

It sure does! Getting a fresh perspective from an objective source with YOUR best interests in mind is an incredibly valuable resource. No magic bullets or rigid road-maps, just practical advice to help you achieve your objectives.

In addition to the individual coaching sessions, there are a bevy of resources to help you (assessments, exercises, and on-going correspondence). Motivated, positive, and engaged participants tend to get the most from their Career Coaching experience.

Generally recommended is a one or two-week interval between each session. May be faster or slower, based on your personal preference and availability.

Each program includes a specialized assessment for your own benefit in better understanding your strengths, weaknesses, preferences, tendencies, values, and more.

There is a 30-day window after your final session concludes for messaging with your Career Coach to keep the conversation going for some additional assistance and support.

Each program includes multiple exercises and worksheets, which are available for download in the client portal. You are encouraged to use these worksheets and exercises to enhance your takeaways and findings throughout the course of the Career Coaching program.

Full sessions are 50 minutes each. Intake sessions are 20 minutes.

Yes. Nights and weekends are available upon request and availability.

It’s quite common to desire additional time with your Career Coach. For more time, you may add 1, 2, or 3 A La Carte Sessions after your program ends to keep working together.
