Sessions are held via telephone on a recorded, confidential phone line. Coaching is also available via video chat upon request.

In addition to the individual coaching sessions, there are a bevy of resources to help you (assessments, exercises, and on-going correspondence). Motivated, positive, and engaged participants tend to get the most from their Career Coaching experience.

What is the Timeline?

Generally recommended is a one or two-week interval between each session. May be faster or slower, based on your personal preference and availability.

What are the Assessments?

Each program includes a specialized assessment for your own benefit in better understanding your strengths, weaknesses, preferences, tendencies, values, and more.
