The Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions agreement (“Agreement”) contains the complete terms and conditions between JobStars USA LLC (JobStars) and you, regarding your application to and participation in, the JobStars USA Affiliate Program (“affiliate program”) as an affiliate of JobStars (“an affiliate”), and the establishment of your links from your website to our website, https://www.jobstars.com
By submitting an application to join or by participating in the affiliate program, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by this agreement and the JobStars terms and conditions.
- “Affiliate” – The business, individual, or entity applying to or participating in the JobStars USA affiliate program, or that displays JobStars products and services and/or promotions on its website, or other means, using an affiliate tracking code in exchange for receiving a commission from JobStars USA for sales directly resulting from such display.
- “Affiliate Site” – The affiliate’s website which displays JobStars’ products and services and/or promotions.
- “JobStars Products and Services” – Career services including resume writing services and career coaching services that are available for purchase on the JobStars.com website.
To begin the enrollment process, you must submit a completed Affiliate Program Signup Form which can be found at the bottom of the following page:
C) FTC Endorsement Compliance
It is the intent of JobStars to treat all of our customers fairly. Accordingly, we require all JobStars Affiliates to comply with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning advertising and marketing, including without limitations, the Federal Trade Commission’s endorsement guide.
D) License and Use of JobStars Logos and Images
Subject to the limitations set forth in these Affiliate Program Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the links solely in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
E) Promotional Methods
Use of links. If you qualify and agree to participate as an Affiliate, we will provide you with a unique affiliate link. This link serves to identify your website as a member of the Affiliate Program and will establish a link from your website or email to JobStars website. Unless expressly permitted by JobStars, the link is to be used on your website and you shall not distribute the links to third parties to be posted onto websites you do not own.
We may modify this agreement at any time in our sole discretion; provided that the change shall solely apply to events occurring after the date on which you accept and agree to such modifications unless you otherwise agree herein.
The default referral rate is 10% of the final purchase price. For instance, when a referral purchases the Bronze Package for $550, the affiliate receives a 10% cut (total payout $55). In this same example, when a referral purchases the Bronze Package using a 10% coupon code, the final price paid is $495 (after coupon code savings) and the total payout to the affiliate is $49.50 (10% of $495).
H) Payment Methods and Timing
All qualifying affiliate payments are issued periodically (approximately every 90 days). Payments are issued electronically (Zelle or PayPal) or via check (USPS). Partners may elect their preferred method of receiving payment.
Affiliate payments on a qualifying referrals are paid after 60 days have elapsed from the original date of purchase.
I) Payments on Refunded Purchases
If you’re credited for a new referral payment and that referral is later refunded, you will be promptly notified and your affiliate payment will be rejected. You will not receive compensation when a referral places an order via your affiliate link and is later refunded.
All purchases on JobStars.com include a 30-day window for requesting a refund (per the JobStars Participation Terms and Conditions). Policy (I) is in place to ensure that JobStars is not paying out affiliate commissions on orders that have been refunded for any reason.
