Resume Writing Process
Building your new Resume requires effective information gathering and collaboration for an end-product that is authentic and on-target. Here’s an overview of the Resume Writing client experience with JobStars.
Introductory Resume Questionnaire
Step #1 in the Resume Writing process is an online introductory questionnaire. This allows clients to provide relevant background and career information. Our questionnaire is user-friendly and easy to complete with convenient ‘save and continue later’ functionality.
Step #2 in the Resume Writing process is an in-depth consultation prior to first draft development. This discreet and confidential discussion is beneficial to the Resume Writing process for familiarizing with your background and assessing your job search objectives.
First Draft Development
Your first drafts are prepared and uploaded into the client portal within 5 business days after completion of the intake process. Your new Resume is designed to communicate your message while also satisfying the keyword requirements of applicant tracking systems.
Unlimited Revisions allow for endless edits and finetuning for a 30-day period after reviewing first drafts to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final product.
The revisions process involves downloading your draft in MS Word, making markups, and uploading your revised draft into our secure and confidential client portal. We also happily accommodate phone call requests.
Proofing and Finals
Final copies are saved in MS Word and PDF. The end result of the Resume Writing process is a new document that improves your marketability and competitiveness as a job seeker. With this newfound confidence you’re ready to start searching and applying to jobs.
