We use Jobscan's premium optimization tool to automate the process of analyzing your Resume against the job description you're applying to.
For each job announcement, we promise to deliver a minimum Jobscan optimization score of at least 75% (which is considered strong).
Jobscan is a popular tool used for identifying key skills, keywords, and formatting improvements to increase your chances of passing through ATS.
Think of it as a tool that evaluates your Resume alongside the job you’re targeting - then pinpoints exactly what you can improve to strengthen the match.

Resume Customization begins with an introductory questionnaire followed by a short intake call to discuss your needs. Once the intake is complete, you’ll provide job descriptions one-by-one (either by uploading a file or sharing a link).
Next, we use Jobscan’s premium technology to analyze how well your current Resume aligns with the target job posting. Based on Jobscan's analysis, we make strategic customizations to improve alignment and optimize for keyword performance.
We guarantee a minimum Jobscan match score of 75% or higher - which is considered a strong benchmark for performing well with ATS. Once your customized Resume is ready, it's uploaded into the customer portal and made ready for immediate use.
There is no set timeline for using your Resume Customization credits. Your credits never expire and can be used at any time, for any job posting you'd like.
Once you provide a job description that you want your Resume tailored for, we pledge to deliver on the following timelines:
- 5 business days after providing your desired job announcement
- 3 business days for customization revisions (per each round)
Rush (+$50 per) significantly expedites the Resume Customization process.
Under the normal timeline, your customized Resume is ready in 5 business days (draft revisions in 3 business days). Rush (60% faster!) delivers your customized Resume in 2 business days (draft revisions in 1 business day).
After providing your Resume Customization draft with a Jobscan match score of 75% or higher, we're happy to entertain any edits or revisions you'd like.
The process for making revisions typically involves downloading the document in MS Word and using track changes / comments to make markups.
We aim to provide timely and thorough responses. Please allow up to 3 business days turnaround time for each set of draft revisions.
