Job Concierge FAQs

Maybe! This service is perfect if you have a clear picture of what you want and seek a confidential partner to do the legwork of jump starting your job search.

Without the proper time investment or the right resources, it’s tough to gain traction as a job seeker. Likewise, finding and applying to quality jobs is a chore.

Job Concierge is designed to compliment your existing job search, providing an extra push to help you stand out and secure the opportunities you’re after.

From C-Suite to entry, we help professionals of all experience levels, occupations, and industries. Simply tell us what you’re after and we’ll take action on your behalf.

Job Concierge is a collaborative process where we apply to jobs on your behalf as well as send your Resume to recruiting firms and employers (companies).

After placing your order, the process begins with an online introductory questionnaire followed by a telephone intake call to discuss your situation and job search goals.

Next, we put together a list of recruiting firms and company talent networks to send your Resume to. After that, we begin searching for and applying to jobs on your behalf.

We use premium tools including Jobscan for modifying your Resume before each application and LinkedIn to send a follow up message after every job application.

All activity is recorded on a spreadsheet including jobs we’ve applied to, recruiting firms and companies we’ve sent your Resume to, and accounts we’ve created for you.

Finding opportunities aligned with your specific criteria takes time. Job Concierge is open-ended; there’s no set expiration date for when your credits must be used.

The timeline is ultimately flexible and its duration varies depending on several factors including your level of urgency and selectiveness.

You should budget a bare minimum of 1-2 months for the Job Concierge process to play out.

Job application submissions are the key unique selling point of this service. We provide a fully managed service of applying to individual job postings on your behalf.

This involves finding jobs aligned with your criteria, modifying your Resume and Cover Letter for each job (using Jobscan premium), navigating each company’s unique application process, and following up on all submissions (using LinkedIn InMail).

To improve your odds of success, we avoid using large job boards and only apply to jobs on first-party sites (individual company websites).

We identify and send your Resume directly to multiple recruiting firms.

Sending your Resume to recruiting firms is a useful strategy for connecting you with agencies that may have placement opportunities aligned with your background.

This serves as an expression of interest in connecting with recruiters and positioning yourself as a placement-worthy candidate.

We identify and send your Resume directly to multiple companies (in the form of talent network submissions).

Joining a company’s talent network is useful for expressing your interest in becoming an employee of that company (without actually applying to a job).

This increases your visibility in the company’s talent pipeline and positions you to potentially be contacted by internal recruiters at that company.

We use Jobscan’s premium service for analyzing and revising your Resume before each job application submission to ensure it’s optimized for ATS.

Based on Jobscan’s analysis, we make modifications to your Resume to incorporate relevant keywords and optimize alignment with the job posting.

We promise you a minimum Jobscan match score of >75% for each job – which is considered a strong benchmark for performing well with ATS.

Using LinkedIn InMail, we identify the key decision maker and send a follow up message after all job applications (approximately 7-14 days after initial submission).

Follow up helps to ensure your submission isn’t lost in the shuffle, reaffirms your interest, and may reveal insights about the status of your application.

We send your Resume and accompanying Recruiter Letter to 500 to 2,000+ recipients at staffing and search firms across the country. Sending your Resume to recruiters is a fast, convenient, and pain-free way to jump start your job search.

For example, we’ll send your Resume to recruiters at well-known national search firms like Korn Ferry, Heidrick & Struggles, and Christian & Timbers as well as smaller firms (based on your industry, occupation, and experience level).

Making contacts in the recruiting world is extremely valuable for job seekers. Of course, doing that on your own can be time-consuming and difficult. This service puts you in touch with 500 to 2,000+ recruiters with one click of a button.

First, we develop a Recruiter Letter that accompanies your Resume during send-off. This letter is intended to communicate your qualifications, share the context of your situation, and capture interest from recruiters.

Next, your Resume and Recruiter Letter are emailed to approximately 500 to 2,000+ individual recipients at staffing and search firms across the country (or PE / VC firms) based on relevancy as it pertains to your industry, occupation, and experience level.

Finally, after sendoff you receive an MS Excel spreadsheet with a list of all the recipients and their contact information. This allows you to conduct follow-up with recruiters to capture their attention and take an interest in your situation.

After your documents are distributed, those parties interested in learning more about you will reach out directly. This outreach is usually a telephone call or email correspondence to make contact and setup time for discussion.

Resume Distribution is a one-time sendoff. Results vary from person to person depending on many factors. Please see the FAQs on the Resume Distribution page for more information.

Job Concierge saves you time by submitting job applications on your behalf.

However, applying to jobs isn’t your only option. A significant portion of job openings never make it to a company’s website and are instead part of the hidden job market, requiring contact with actual human beings (i.e. recruiters and hiring managers).

Adding Resume Distribution to your Job Concierge package provides the added benefit of sending your Resume to hundreds upon thousands of recruiters.

By combining Job Concierge with Resume Distribution, you gain access to recruiters who have extensive connections with companies of all sizes and industries. This broadens your reach and helps you explore avenues beyond traditional job postings.

Yes. This service makes a great gift for loved ones and friends.

Simply place your order here on the website and include the name and email address of your gift recipient into the ‘order notes’ at checkout.

The rates are tiered based on the number of job application submissions chosen.

Job Concierge Levels

  • Standard ($1,995) promises 12 job application submissions, 12 recruiter agency submissions, and 12 talent network submissions.
  • Advanced ($2,495) promises 18 job application submissions, 18 recruiter agency submissions, and 18 talent network submissions.
  • Elite ($2,995) promises 24 job application submissions, 24 recruiter agency submissions, and 24 talent network submissions.

The price you see is the price you pay; no sales tax, hidden fees, or upcharges.

The entire Job Concierge process is performed manually and is quite time consuming.

From finding jobs that meet your criteria, to modifying your Resume and Cover Letter for each role, to applying on your behalf, to following up on every submission – it requires a significant investment of time, energy, and resources.
