The Intake Consultation comes after completing the Introductory Questionnaire. Intake is your opportunity to connect with your Resume Writer for a deeper discussion about your job search goals, challenges, and criteria (industry, salary, seniority, etc).
After completion of the intake process, your first drafts are ready for review within five business days. Unlimited Revisions allow for an ample 30-day window after first draft delivery for as much finetuning as needed to ensure your complete satisfaction with final copies.
For Silver and Gold Package customers, we develop unique content that communicates a clear message and is loaded with keywords to improve your profile. We also analyze your profile and make suggestions to take advantage of all the different sections of your profile.

After the intake process, your first drafts are prepared and uploaded within 5 business days. You have an ample 30-day window for finetuning to ensure your full satisfaction with the final copies. Final documents are saved in MS Word and PDF.
We pledge to deliver on the following timelines:
- First drafts delivered in 5 business days (after completion of intake process)
- All draft revisions delivered in 3 business days (per each round)
In general, the Resume Writing process lasts from 10 to 30 business days (start to finish). This timeline factors-in completion of the intake process, first draft development, draft revisions, and preparation of final proofed copies.
LinkedIn Optimization
LinkedIn Optimization comes after the Resume Writing process.
For your LinkedIn profile, we develop unique content that communicates a clear message and captures attention while improving your profile’s search performance. In addition, we analyze your profile and make suggestions for improvement.
Similar to the Resume Writing process, unlimited revisions allow for refinements and improvements to ensure your complete satisfaction with the new LinkedIn profile content. The end result is a LinkedIn profile that compliments to your new Resume.
Resume Distribution
Resume Distribution is the final step after your Resume and LinkedIn are completed.
Your new Resume and an accompanying Recruiter Letter are emailed to a network of 500+ recipients at staffing and search firms (or PE / VC firms). After sendoff, you receive an MS Excel spreadsheet with a list of all the recipients and their contact information. Please see the Resume Distribution FAQs on this page for more information.
Yes, an in-depth phone consultation is a standard part of the intake process.
This discreet and confidential phone call is beneficial to the Resume Writing process for familiarizing with your background and fleshing out your objectives (occupation, industry, and seniority level).
Upon first draft delivery, document revisions are typically handled through written correspondence, although phone calls are happily arranged upon request.
Unlimited Revisions allow for edits, revisions, and questions for a period of 30-days after receiving your first drafts.
We do our very best to develop flawless documents on the first try. Your input is helpful in building documents that are properly aligned with your goals. Constructive feedback and helpful comments and questions are welcome.
The process for making revisions typically involves downloading the document in MS Word and using track changes / comments to make markups, then uploading your revised draft into the secure and confidential customer portal. Although written revisions tend to be most productive, phone call requests are happily accommodated.
Unlimited Revisions is for refining and fine tuning the master version of your Resume. If you have multiple targets, please consider adding 2nd Focus Resume to your order for the development of a secondary version.
We aim to provide timely and thorough responses. Please allow up to three business days turnaround time for each set of draft revisions.
When you have multiple job title targets, sometimes building one ‘master version’ is the optimal approach. Other times, building two separate versions is the way to go.
For instance, imagine you’re applying for Sales jobs as well as Business Development jobs. Since these titles share many similarities, it makes sense to create one ‘master version’ that works for both targets.
