Black Women in Science and Engineering (BWISE) is a membership-based professional organization dedicated to supporting and advancing the careers of Black women in STEM fields. BWISE provides resources, mentorship, networking opportunities, and advocacy to help members overcome challenges, enhance their skills, and promote diversity and inclusion within the science, technology, engineering, and mathematics sectors. Members typically hold job titles such as research scientist, engineer, data analyst, software developer, and academic faculty.
