    A La Carte Sessions for entry through executive level professionals. This is our signature service for 1-on-1 counseling with a dedicated Career Coach. These sessions are nonthematic, flexible, and adaptable to any career-related issue you're facing. Topics include dealing with being laid off, furloughed, or fired, preparing for an interview, earning a promotion, asking for a raise, navigating workplace challenges, and more. Career Coaching taps you into an external source of emotional support, practical advice, and accountability.

    Career Coaching is optimal for motivated individuals that are ready to get serious about the issues they're facing and don’t want to do it alone. A La Carte Sessions are inherently flexible and designed to cater to your specific needs.

    A La Carte Sessions are open-ended. You and your Career Coach work together in a discreet and confidential manner to address any career-related issues.

    Intake & Sessions

    The intake process begins with an online introductory assessment to learn more about your needs. After completing the introductory assessment, your initial session is scheduled with your Career Coach at a mutually agreeable time.

    Generally recommended is a one or two-week interval between sessions. This may go faster or slower, based on your needs and availability.

    Homework

    Between sessions you may be prompted to complete voluntary ‘homework’ such as worksheets, mental exercises, and online research to spur along your objectives.

    Post Program Messaging

    Post Program Messaging enables you to message your Career Coach for additional support as needed for a 30-day period after your final session concludes.

    Career Coaching sessions are offered both in person and virtually.

    In-Person: Meet face-to-face with your Career Coach at 10 S. Riverside Plaza, #875, Chicago, IL 60606, in the West Loop. Enjoy private, one-on-one coaching in a professional office setting with hands-on collaboration and real-time feedback. The location offers easy access by Metra (near Ogilvie and Union Station).

    Virtual: Connect with your Career Coach from anywhere in the U.S. via MS Teams. Sessions are recorded, and you receive a full video recording to review and reflect on your conversations. Virtual coaching provides the same personalized guidance as in person, with flexible scheduling and no commute required.

    Between sessions, you can communicate directly with your Career Coach through written messages in the dedicated client portal.

    A La Carte sessions are 50 minutes each.

    Between sessions, you may be assigned voluntary “homework” which involves completing various DIY exercises and worksheets from our collection.

    This service includes full access to our entire library of exercises, guides, and worksheets which are free for you to download within the client portal.
