Career disruption counseling focuses on helping professionals regain structure, clarify next steps, and reposition themselves following an unexpected employment change.

👉 Exploring a Career Change

Career Change is for professionals who are actively considering a new professional direction because their current role, field, or industry no longer aligns with their interests, goals, or long-term aspirations.

👉 Compensation and Offer Negotiation

Compensation counseling focuses on strategic preparation for salary negotiations, offer evaluation, counteroffers, promotion-related compensation discussions, severance review, title alignment, and more.

👉 Flexible Career Coaching for a Wide Range of Professional Needs

Career Coaching may also address promotion preparation, workplace communication challenges, leadership development, professional confidence, performance discussions, burnout, work-life balance concerns, stalled advancement, workplace transitions, or broader uncertainty around career direction.

Why In-Person Matters (Now More Than Ever)

Many of the most important moments in professional life happen face to face. Interviews, networking conversations, promotion discussions, compensation negotiations, and leadership interactions all ultimately come down to how we communicate, connect, and present ourselves in front of other people.

That is what makes in-person Career Coaching so practical.

There is a difference between talking through a situation remotely and sitting across from another person in a professional environment where conversation feels more natural, feedback is immediate, and the experience more closely reflects how important workplace interactions actually unfold.

In Conclusion

In conclusion, I am pleased to be introducing in-person Career Coaching for professionals in Chicago.

When important things happen in your career, there’s tremendous value in sitting down with a knowledgeable, practical, and supportive Career Coach in a private, confidential environment. That’s why I’m excited about making this option available for Chicago professionals.
