Job Concierge is our unique spin on “Reverse Recruiting”.

The term “Reverse Recruiting” refers to a job search service model where a professional partner works on behalf of the job seeker instead of an employer.

Rather than navigating the job market alone, you receive hands-on support with finding opportunities, managing applications, and executing a targeted search.

Finding quality job leads that meet your specific criteria takes time. Job Concierge is open-ended; there’s no set expiration date for when your credits must be used.

The timeline is ultimately flexible and its duration varies depending on several factors including your urgency level and selectiveness.

Unlike most Reverse Recruiting services that charge you every 30 days, Job Concierge is not a subscription service. You’re only charged if you decide to add more credits.

We provide a fully managed service of searching and applying to individual job postings on your behalf.

This involves finding jobs aligned with your criteria, modifying your Resume and Cover Letter for each job, navigating each company’s unique application process, and following up on all submissions.

To improve your odds of success, we avoid using large job boards and only apply to jobs on first-party sites (individual company websites).

We identify and send your Resume directly to multiple recruiting firms.

Sending your Resume to recruiting firms is a useful strategy for connecting you with agencies that may have placement opportunities aligned with your background.

This serves as an expression of interest in connecting with recruiters and positioning yourself as a placement-worthy candidate.

We identify and send your Resume directly to multiple companies (in the form of talent network submissions).

Joining a company’s talent network is useful for expressing your interest in becoming an employee of that company (without actually applying to a job).

This increases your visibility in the company’s talent pipeline and positions you to potentially be contacted by internal recruiters at that company.

Professional Introductions are a premium add-on designed to put your name in front of senior decision-makers at companies you’re interested in working for.

This involves building a list of companies aligned with your criteria, identifying relevant leaders within your desired departments or teams, and conducting personalized LinkedIn outreach on your behalf to introduce your background to decision makers.

Designed to diversify your job search approach, this outreach strategy creates direct networking opportunities beyond traditional online applications.

Resume Distribution is a premium add-on designed to deliver your Resume to thousands of recruiters at staffing and search firms across the country.

This involves drafting a letter and emailing your Resume to recruiters at well-known national search firms like Korn Ferry, Heidrick & Struggles, and Christian & Timbers as well as smaller firms (based on your industry, occupation, and experience level).

Making contacts in the recruiting world is extremely valuable for job seekers. Of course, doing that on your own can be time-consuming and difficult. This service puts you in touch with thousands of recruiters with one click of a button.

We use Jobscan’s premium service for analyzing and revising your Resume before each job application submission to ensure it’s optimized for ATS.

Based on Jobscan’s analysis, we make modifications to your Resume to incorporate relevant keywords and optimize alignment with the job posting.

Using LinkedIn InMail, we identify the key decision maker and send a follow up message after all job applications (approximately 7-14 days after initial submission).

Follow up helps to ensure your submission isn’t lost in the shuffle, reaffirms your interest, and may reveal insights about the status of your application.

Unfortunately, no. This service is only meant for those targeting the private sector.
