In addition to recruiting firms, we’re also identifying company talent networks and joining each on your behalf. Joining a company’s talent network is a great way to increase your visibility with internal recruiters at the companies you’re interested in working for.
After completing your Recruiter Agency and Talent Network Submissions, it’s time to start searching. Your dedicated Job Concierge conducts a hard target search, selectively looking for and presenting job announcements aligned with your specific criteria.
Once you give the green light – we begin applying to approved jobs. This fully managed process involves filling out the application forms on your behalf, modifying your Resume (using Jobscan Premium), and following-up after each submission (using LinkedIn InMail).
As a premium add-on, we’ll identify companies aligned with your career interests and research relevant hiring decision-makers. This fully managed process involves targeted company research, personalized LinkedIn outreach, and professional introductions on your behalf.

Resume Distribution is a premium add-on designed to deliver your Resume to thousands of recruiters at staffing and search firms across the country.
This involves drafting a letter and emailing your Resume to recruiters at well-known national search firms like Korn Ferry, Heidrick & Struggles, and Christian & Timbers as well as smaller firms (based on your industry, occupation, and experience level).
Making contacts in the recruiting world is extremely valuable for job seekers. Of course, doing that on your own can be time-consuming and difficult. This service puts you in touch with thousands of recruiters with one click of a button.
We use Jobscan’s premium service for analyzing and revising your Resume before each job application submission to ensure it’s optimized for ATS.
Based on Jobscan’s analysis, we make modifications to your Resume to incorporate relevant keywords and optimize alignment with the job posting.
Using LinkedIn InMail, we identify the key decision maker and send a follow up message after all job applications (approximately 7-14 days after initial submission).
