Each participant is assigned multiple direct contacts (Resume Project Manager, Resume Writer, Career Coach) to work with them from start to finish. The team is comprised of certified Resume Writers and certified Career Coaches. Our structured and layered back-end workflow and processes ensure quality services for each participant.
The new Resume (and supporting documents) are prepared from scratch on an ATS-friendly format. The intake process is designed to gather each participant’s key information, focus, and selling points in order to build new documents aligned with their objectives.
Log into the dedicated client portal to complete the introductory Resume questionnaire. The telephone intake call is scheduled after completion of the introductory questionnaire. This is a 30-60 minute in-depth phone call on a recorded conference line to breakdown each project in-depth.
First drafts are prepared from scratch in 5 business days. The process includes a 30-day window for draft revisions to ensure satisfaction with the final documents. Please allow 3 business days turnaround for each round of revisions. The resume writing process is an interactive one. Client participation is welcome and encouraged.
Final copies of all documents are delivered via email (MS Word & PDF) along with instructions and resources to make the most of the job search ahead.

In general, the Resume Writing process typically lasts from 10 to 30 business days (start to finish). This timeline takes into consideration completion of the introductory questionnaire, telephone intake call, first draft development, draft revisions (up to 30 days), and preparation of final proofed copies.

Our Job Search Organizer Account makes it easy for your participants to see all their information in one place. Participants are encouraged to use our convenient organizer to build a list of target companies, create job search goals, manage networking contacts, and store and recall job information.
Rates are segmented based on four levels of professional experience: entry, professional, management, and executive.
If you have a firm list of participants, please select the level and quantity for each package on a per person basis. If not, select “Flat Rate” to cover all participants at the same price (regardless of experience-level). Very convenient when you know layoffs are coming, but final details are still a little unclear.
